I bought my house on the west side of cleveland. I started working with Logan because he was referred by another agent and I thought I will have issues understanding some of the terms in English and when I saw him having the patience and trying everything to help me understand every single term and process, I decided to keep working with him as a realtor. We spent about 6 months trying to find the house, when we found it,we both agreed that was the one, but way before the inspector came to the house, Logan already told me everything the inspector will point out, what was good and what would need a touch (that was amazing). My wife and I were very blessed to have worked with Logan to sell our property in Akron, OH. I was offered a promotion and chance to relocate to North Carolina, and was Logan was the only agent that stepped up to the plate to help us out through the whole process.
